Lovely Oven BUT missing Accessories ???
HI, the oven is a lovely item, seems well built and looks the part, BUT I was very surprised and disappointed given the cost of the oven, that there was NOT a GRILL PAN provide with the item...There are 3 wire shelf/racks + a large tray, which possibly is meant for both a roasting & grill tray, but it is entirely too big, namely the full depth of the oven, so it would be impracticle for this usage as the weight would be tremendous, also given there is no HANDLE provided for same would negate this assumption... So the upshot being I will now have to scroll thge internet to find a generic alternative, pity to leave so disappointing an event . hence the 3 star rating

Smart and easy to use quality double oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like that the top grill door can be left open when using. Good selection of programmes in both top oven/grill and main oven. Temperatures are accurate and the appliance heats up quickly. Only a couple of things I feel could be improved upon. 1) the alarm for the timer is VERY quiet and is only audible when standing VERY close to the appliance. 2) Would have liked to be able to purchase a grill pan with a detachable handle for the grill . Fortunately the grill pan from my old oven fiils the bill.

double oven
Excellent product with relatively easy to read instructions although some cooker setting contradictory. Time will tell which really is an appropriate setting. However i was disappointed that the grill oven didnt actually come with a grill plate and insert and only one oven tray. This has limited its use until i rectify this. Previous double oven came with several trays and grill. However oven fitted well and was easily connected up . Looking forward to usuing its variety of cooking options but until i have necessary trays i will use my airfryer meantime.

Not as good as my previous Neff
I bought a replacement for my old Neff oven that was great for 12 years. The new one is much noisier than the old one and the fan runs on for too long. I have had the oven for less than 3 months and the engineer has had to come out 3 times to replace the oven light and the grill light
twice. Whilst the engineers do an excellent job the amount of time I have wasted calling the service line and then waiting in is too much and not what I would expect for a brand new oven. I would deffinilty not recommend buying this neff oven.

Lovely bit of kit

Great Double Oven
Both ovens are easily accessed. They both heat up quickly and are very efficient. The nobs can be push in when turned off which ensures everything is safely turned off.

My wife wished she got one of these years ago, well worth spending a little extra on. Easy to use and quality of cooking seems far better than cheaper ovens.
