1. * Washable grease filters can be cleaned and reused. Charcoal filters need to be replaced when they reach the end of their lifespan. (Replacement is recommended approximately every 6 months.)** Test method : According to the EN 61591 standard, the test is conducted by operating at the 9th fan speed(600 m³/h) for 30 minutes, followed by an additional 10 minutes of hood operation only, to measure the absorption efficiency of the grease filter components (Wg).
2. * Includes both fault and non-fault diagnosis. The fault diagnosis is based on an error code on the product while the non-fault diagnosis is a perceived defect that occurs as a usability issue without generating an error code. Certain issues can be detected by AI based on the operational data, regardless of whether it generates an error code or not.** Only available on SmartThings-supported models produced after 2018. Requires the SmartThings App, which is available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are also required.
