Excellent features
Having used a gas hop for many years I was reluctant to change to electric. I have found this hob to be a cleaner and more efficient way to cook. The power boost function boils a pot of water in less that 90 seconds. The heat controls provide instant change of temperature similar to gas. The bridge function allows me to use my very large pot or grill pan. I am very pleased with this induction hob.
