I had originally put feedback here which was negative around having to wait 2 weeks for my item to be transferred between one shop and another so that I could collect it and also I was annoyed that I had heard nothing from HN within those 2 weeks as to what was happening.
To be fair and credit where credit is due, with 24 hours of I posting my negative experience I had received a mail from HN confirming that action would be taken.
Within 48 hours my item was ready for collection.
While my initial experience was initially poor they made up for this in their customer service to rectify the issue and for that I would give them a positive experience and would re-buy again from them.
In addition the warehouse staff member was very helpful to deal with when collecting my item.

Great value
I bought this a month ago for a rental apartment and am very pleased with it. I avoided stainless steel and glass hoods as I find them difficult to clean and went with this model because of its simple design and low price.
