Only had the machine a week and it seems to be doing a good job so far, I get a notification on my phone when the washing is done which is a nice feature and can see on the app how much money I am spending on washing, it's gimmicky but interesting to see all the same. The only negative I have is that small socks get caught in the door seal and come out of the machine soaking wet, it is possible to stop the machine and open the door but it's not much use if you aren't at the machine to spot when this happens, as time goes on this will probably become quite irritating which is unfortunate as it otherwise seems to be a great washing machine.

Great machine, good features
Great machine, very good features with app to tell you when cycle is finished and customize washes.
Only disappointment is socks keep getting stuck in doorway of the machine. Have to squeeze the water out of them when I open the door. Overall great machine.

Very slick and trendy looking washing machine
Very slick and trendy looking washing machine. It is super quiet which is a massive change compared to our old Samsung. Has a lot of washing programs but only 2 that can use the 9 kg capacity according to manual. The rest of the programs vary from 2 to 6 kg max load. The steam option only works with 2 kg load and same for the less microplastics program which is a pure green wash😂. Apart from that it is a top device. Came well packed from the warehouse. Collection was super quick.

This is the seond of these machines we have purchased. The first is about a year old and working perfectly in our utility room, The second we purchased recently for our rental property. These machines are excellent. Lack of vibration on spin, self cleaning, a wide variety of wash options, well built and with a 5 year guarantee....What's not to love?

Good machine, good features and hygiene technology
Great washing machine. Ample number of program options. Easy to customise programs for temperature, spin speed. Have yet to get it connected to be able to manage from my phone and locate the delay start / finish option. Overall a great machine and like the new hygiene technology it has.
