A big disappointment
I bought the ROG Xbox Ally because it is impossible to find the bigger version “Xbox ally x” at the moment thinking the performance should be enough, but realistically the first couple days have not been good with this device. It crashed all the time, some games run extremely poorly and even though it is marketed as an Xbox the windows skin shines through all the time. I was aware of this before but this product does not feel finished. This is something I could live with if the performance was up to par but most games run in low details, low resolution and limited frame rates. Avoid this and rather get the ROG Xbox ally x once it is available again.

This is better then expected , I can play my steam games on here as well , and no just that can watch a few movies etc as well, The ergonomics on the Xbox Ally X are fantastic as well, just a great little machine and better then a certain other well known deck , worth every cent .
