Sounds better on paper than it actually is - Pass
Overall, the chair is more comfortable than typical mesh office chairs. However, the seat cushion doesn't have sufficient padding and is quite hard, which is a big issue. For anyone shorter than 5'6'', the head cushion is a bit too high, preventing the user from being able to relax the base of their skull/neck on the cushion, and the feet cannot be placed flat on the ground with thighs at a 90 degree angle. In addition, the message feature seems more like a gimmick or an afterthought than a truly useful function; it can only be sensed topically. That's a lot of cons, but that is because we thought those would be some of the things the designers/manufacturers would have focused on given the advertising and the product title. Because of this, we're left with a feeling that the product isn't as advertised and would probably not recommend. If you open and assemble the product, it is considered used and is ineligible for return and refund. Read the return policy before buying.
