Happy with our purchase.
Got a lot of help from Shaun in store when ordering, collecting, etc. Self assembly is required, but it's pretty straight forward. Very comfortable to sit in, even for long periods. Feels strong and sturdy. Of the 12 chairs that we bought, a couple seem to rock slightly from side to side, despite being correctly assembled. Overall, we're very happy with our new chairs.
