Indoor Running

Store and Forward Data
During workouts such as strength training and HIIT, you can start and stop an activity on your compatible Garmin smartwatch1. Even if you remove your watch and leave it out of range, HRM-Fit stores the data then sends it to your watch when your activity is saved.
Activity Tracking
If you aren’t wearing your watch, the heart rate monitor captures steps, calories burned, intensity minutes and all-day heart rate. It even updates all your Garmin devices via the Garmin Connect smartphone app.
