I cannot recommend HP enough. I had two advisors . The first one picked a printer for me which is excellent and meets all my needs which he took time to find out about. My second advisor was truly amazing and helped me set up my new printer - copious amounts of patience needed for this technophobe!

Useless
Absolutely hopeless. Huge difficulty setting up the printer (specifically I received conflicting advice as to whether or not it was Instant Ink Compatible). Now, after less than three weeks' use it seems to have stopped printing altogether. I have uninstalled and re-installed the device and now need to set aside a couple of hours to speak to a technical helpdesk and/or pack up and return the thing to HP.

Review of HP Office Jet Pro 8125e, Good printer, still learning all of its features, but after 10 solid years work from my previous HP Printer, buying another HP was in no doubt. It is smaller than the previous one and all of the set up is done over the internet, so no massive instruction book. I look forward to wroking out all of the features of this one and hope it does a min of 10 years good printing.

A card- printing printer at last!
I bought this a month ago and I am pleased to say that the printer can take card, which means I can print my own greetings cards. The HP Instant Ink package saves so much time; delivered to your door in plenty of time before the ink runs out. Easy to use.

words fail me. HOURS spent with tech dept. Still failed to complete set up of new printer. Promises to call at times. Waited in and no calls, all Wednesday and half Thursday. Finally said they would send a replacement and ordered the replacement to be sent to some unknown address in Tunbridge Wells, not mine in London. Unbelievable. A friend said, don't get HP, they are not good. Having had an excellent HP printer for about 10 years, I wanted a new one. Wish I'd listened to her

Cheap but not cheerful!
Very disappointed, nowhere as good as my previous HP printer. This Office Jet Pro 8122e will only be used as a backup printer.
