Great service from HP
I am absolutely over the moon with your help.
I am elderley and do not always get the Technology involved when I have a problem and I get very stressed when things go wrong.
Angelito was so helpful and I was unaware that she could rite the wrong with my Printer remotely, it will be a godsend in the future should I have any more problems.
I am so glad I changed to HP as I wouldn't have got the same service from the Company who provided my old printer and your Company has eased all fears I may have in the future.

Good basic printer
Had the printer just over two months now, on the whole happy with it. Like the print quality, online ink supplies, it looks good and quiet for an ink jet.
The not so good, the display panel a little confusing and can light up ( lots of colours ) for no reason. But the biggest problem has been with our Wi-Fi connection, when it drops off ( thank you virgin ) the printer will not always reconnect !

Overall Pretty good
I bought this as my old HP Envy printer suddenly started not printing cyan. Generally happy but needed HP Support help to set it up. I added the device on my PC but it wouldn't work without adding HPSmart as a "device" even though I already had the HPSmart app.
Now works OK but very slow connecting- if you open HPSmart to scan a document, you get a blue whirly wheel for at least 20 or 30 secs. Also if you select print on a document of more than one page it automatically selects double-side printing...and then takes 10 or 15 secs to begin printing. All very frustrating. C

Disappointing after 19 years of using HP
It is a nice looking compact printer. The set up took around 2 hours. I had to involve my IT department so how a family managed without assistance beats me! I do not use the printer everyday but when I do I have had to disconnect it & reinstall it to work again. It is also supplied with the minimum amount of ink so the black cartridge lasted just a few weeks with minimum printing. It also just stopped printing black & didnt notify me that the cartridge was low. For the last 19 years I have always used a HP printer & been more than satisfied. This time I am very disappointed

Very disappointing
Bought this printer to replace our Envy 5540, what a mistake this turned out to be, wouldn’t print from my wife’s card making hobby programs, despite many, many attempts to configure the printer, HP Smart couldn’t get it to work properly despite several phone consultations, returned printer and reinstalled our old envy, bit slow but at least it works. Very disappointing to say the least. HP did take the printer back without quibble so that’s a positive.

Very good printer with great features.
Brilliant printer, purchased to replace my old hp printer that was 8 years old, this one is very easy to set up, and I really like the paper storage tray as well as the option to print on both sides of the paper automatically, I use hp ink and this was very easy to transfer from my old printer.

Great printer that takes Instant Ink
I've owned HP printers for the last 25 or so years and always been pleased with their performance. My last one (Inkjet5520) was not compatible with the Instant Ink programme and I decided to upgrade to get Instant Ink, and save money on ink, as well as getting better quality prints because you don't have to "fast draft" prints to save ink. So far it has proved a real upgrade that will save me a good bit of money. My only criticism installation instructions are not wonderful and installation was much more difficult than HP lead you to believe
