Great so far
Bought this two days ago and pleased with it so far. It was easy to set up with clear instructions but more to the point, over the next day or two, it was very easy to connect all the devices in the house to this over wifi. Comes with a massive amount of ink and we'll see how long that lasts but I'm told by someone else who has one that it lasts over a year with normal amounts of printing so fingers crossed. The only thing it lacks, for me, is that it doesn't do automatic double-sided printing, which my very old printer had. Seems like a backward step but when I was buying this I checked out other makes and models and none of them did it either, so looks like that's gone and I knew this and bought it anyway. The Epson website has a good many templates of design paper and paper products you can make using the printer, will explore them later for my craft projects. The printer is a nice size and not too big or heavy. We bought it in matt black, not sure if it comes in any other colour.

Best Printer on Market
Just bought my second EPSON ECOTANK ET2861 printer from Harvey Norman. Its the best printer on market simply because it very affordable, cheap to run, ink cost only €12 per colour, and more important its a superb machine never breaks down. Always use 80gram paper, and it will never jam.

Timing wasting and disappointment
The invoice process is highly flawed, and the support provided is disappointing. The staff seems inadequately trained to handle issues and often fails to follow even basic instructions. There is a noticeable lack of urgency and accountability when it comes to meeting deadlines and fulfilling promises, which makes the overall experience frustrating and unprofessional.

Easy install and good connectivity
This product has been greatly improved since earlier versions. The set up process comes with an excellent APP and is very easy to follow. Connection to the wifi is also made very simple. I have only begun using it but so far the quality of the output is good. I purchased it because the overall cost of ownership is very low, tens of thousands of pages before new ink is required. Very happy with it so far.

Pair PC before phone
Very fast and very quiet, so far it has been a great printer. Dropped a star because it took a long time to set up. Paired to my phone quick and easy, however when I tried to pair to my home PC it took forever because its own system tried to connect with the phone rather than the hoe wifi signal.
