Recycling old cartridges? Answer is there none.
The Ink Cartridge itself is fine, as it should be, but HP's refusal to give information on the recycling of the product amounts to misinformation, as it proclaims its commitment to recycling.
Numerous questions asked on different sites resulted in zero replies. A large company may well have "a scheme" but, for the individual purchaser, nothing, although Free Return Labels are mentioned. Why are those not included in each new package sent out?
It seems that sales are the sole interest. A shame that a global company fails to address its environmental impact.

Extremely disappointed.
This is the second cartridge bought of this description, and the second l have been disappointed with. Thought the first may have been a One Off blip, but now once a again only getting 12/13 sheets of A4 printed before it runs out, leaving me very suspicious as to the quantity of ink within the cartridge.

I regularly use the same Ink and it is supplied very quickly by you when I order. Price seems competitive. My small package is difficult to locate amongst larger packages in the delivery van,. Perhaps a basket or container could be provided so that smaller packages could very easily be separated from larger ones, thus saving time and effort for the driver.

Faulty cartridge
Having tried this cartridge in my new printer, the printer would not recognise it. I placed a “support” call and under guidance tried various things all to no avail. The “support” agent suggested the cartridge was faulty and therefore sent a replacement.
