Whilst the product may be suitable the admin of HP leaves much to be desired. I
I incorrectly order inks and refused delivery, I am still awaiting for promised credit.

Great product, awful packaging
I think I've already done a review on this product which is excellent. My only problem is with the extremely thick, stiff, plastic packaging which is very difficult to remove, even with a sharp knife.
