some satisfaction but difficult time spent over returned faulty cartriges
This was a replacement for a defective HP301 colour cartridge sent back also with a HP301 black cartridge which was not replaced, after many checks on my printer thinking it was a printer problem where message said the cartridges were not compatible , it appears that both cartridges were defective but not reason was given with the returned colour cartridge, a great deal of time was spent in contactng HP

Good product but shame about delivery.
Glad I bought this product but not so happy about the time it took to get here. What should have been a few days turned into four times that. However when it did come it was fine but I nearly ran out of ink, so not too happy.

Low on Colour.
I bought the printer cartridge after a message that my current cartridge was low on ink.
I had not set up the HP option to automatically supply printer cartridges as I do very little printing.

I bought a dual pack recently, the colour is working fine, the black worked , but it now is incompatible, can’t print how is this possible, therefore I rate you is ZERO
