Helpful staff
Staff was very helpful I got the wrong ink and we opened it because it wasn't used they were very helpful in changing the ink they hadn't got the one I needed in store but I was able to order the right one

I needed this item straight away so had to pay the premium price. Can be bought from reputable online retailers for 33% less. I’ll be better prepared next time. Product itself is as expected, good quality and easy to install.
