single mug only and no change to heat element
i bought this machine but it has some drawbacks. You can not have multiple mugs in one go, Atleast two at time or even maybe something bigger with five mugs at the time. If you are small business with decent orders then this one machine will take whole day to complete the job. Most of other mugs press has option to replace the heat elements when its about to die, but this one does not and more likely whole machine will be going into landfill. Good machine but limited capacity.

Had initial concerns over having to activate the machine by regeneration on my computer before it could be used (this could be optional rather than obligatory) but once up and running the results were beyond expectations. Very professional glossy finish, vibrant colours, brilliant. Would recommend to all.
