Note that it supports 2.4Ghz Wi-fi so you may need to tweak your wireless or internet router config if it is offering 5Ghz only (we needed to do this on Virgin Media). This wasn't super clear on the description.

When you have parked in the designated parking bay, open your email, and choose the “I’m here” option and a member of staff will bring your purchase out to your car.
