Poor battery life and support
I have used this product for the past 4 years. It doesn't not give 180 days of battery life in any settings. I have noticed the battery life deplaeating and changed my settings to disable motion sensing and only used for doorbell only but the battery started to loose charge in almost 2 weeks. Contacted support team and their recommendation was they can't do any help since it is out of warranty. They offered a 20% discount which is of no use since the offer can't be applied to any existing offers and it can't be applied to the product which is much lower in price than the discount offered. Please do research before buying this product.

Eufy C31 doorbell.
The function of the C 31 doorbell appears to be somewhat limited in comparison with an earlier Eufy model. The older model was better integrated with Alexa and would play music.and chimes when part of a routine . This feature is very important to me as it enables me to extend the range over which I can hear the doorbell specifically if I’m in the back garden.. Apart from the removable battery, it does not appear to offer any other obvious advantage over the earlier model which no longer works with the homebase three?. Other than that the product works as expected. Unfortunately for the reasons previously stated I cannot wholeheartedly recommend the product.

Well packaged and delivered the next day. Instructions hard to follow as the text so small in the tiny setup book. Fortunately I have other Eufy items so knew the setup procedure, and everything went seamlessly. Worked first time and all the videos kept locally so no on going cloud payments.
Very pleased.
Would have given 5 stars but i decided to have Alexa announce the doorbell ring. Took me 5 attempts to get it to work, but am sure someone a bit more computer savvy would get it done a lot easier.

eufy Video Doorbell C31 with Chime
This product is amazing. I got it for a hefty discount during black friday. The video quality is great. Night vision is also pretty good. Two-way conversation also works seamlessly. Automatically records to the SD card on any human motion detected, which I can review and watch later. The chime works without any lag, and was able to sync two mobile device which also chime on the video doorbell being triggered. Overall, extremely happy with the purchase. 5 stars.

Great Doorbell
This doorbell offers excellent value for money. It was easy to install, and the app is user-friendly, making it simple to monitor visitors. One improvement I’d love to see is the use of facial recognition for smarter notifications—for example, if I’m detected, no notification is sent, but if someone else is detected, a notification is triggered. This would help reduce unnecessary alerts while enhancing security.
