Beware of weasel words warranty
This was a great bag, I really liked it until one of the zips failed and I discovered that their 'limited lifetime warranty’ was in fact incredibly limited. Limited to 365 days. I purchased my bag 2 years ago and it has had light wear. Not daily use or anything near it. HN has a one year warranty and referred me to the manufacturer. It all looked very helpful until I got to the warranty and saw that it was effectively expired. I chose UAG for it's rugged features and attention to detail, it had good reviews. I am disappointed. I am pursuing a claim and (if possible) will update this review following the outcome of that.
