Works As expected
for the first 2-3 months I thought this headphone is not worth the money because it is not cancelling background noise also the mute button was not working.
later I realized my system is not passing my voice from the headphone mic rather it was using my system mic and that was the issue.
and after I fixed that thing on my system everything was working as expected the noise cancelling, the mute button.
If this headphone is not cancelling/reducing the background noise just make sure your call is receiving the input voice from the headphone mic only not from the system's built-in mic.
the battery backup is really good and runs for a week without issue.

Amazing at the price
I'm quite a harsh judge of anything audio. When I set these up, first thing I did was try out a piece of music I know well and they performed well, Not excellent, but well. Decent bass and mid-range, top end a bit amiss. Of course, music isn't that fair a test for a work headset, but like I say, most people won't have cause to complain and neither do I. They paired with the laptop very easily. I had a bit of trouble getting the phone to recognise them, but got there in the end. The mic is nice and sensitive and good for when there's background noise. They are light and can be adjusted to make a comfortable fit. They are well worth the price.

Great product until it snaps in half
I bought a second pair of these because my first snapped after year and a half of use, I see people experience this issue exactly me, however I bought them again because I didn't find any having the same features for the same price (multipoint, led indicator on mic, bluetooth without USB dongle/jack), the piece I got has "2nd gen" written in the box so maybe they fixed the snapping weak point, will see, other than the snapping I was very satisfied with the product.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Hello, j'utilise depuis quelques jour le casque BT JLab Go Work.
Je l'utilise sur mon MacBook Air M1, avec un Magic Keyboard et un Magic Trackpad d'Apple, et mon iPhone parfois connecté en BT.
Le casque est de bonne qualité, à part le bouton qui coupe le micro qui est un trop plastique à mon go. Petit détail, lorsque le micro est coupé avec ce bouton, une LED rouge est allumé au bout de la branche du micro : visible pendant les visios :)
La qualité sonore est surprenante: je ne m'attendais pas pouvoir écouter de la musique dessus !
Pas de coupures BT, qualité micro et audio très bonne.
Construction robuste.
Petit plus, il se charge en USBC, et est fournit avec 2 cables :
- 1 USBC vers USBA pour la charge,
- 1 USBC vers Jack pour le brancher en filaire sur un ordinateur.
Dans ce cas, il semble que le micro consomme un peu de batterie, mais pas l'écoute si j'ai bien compris.
Autonomie, ils promettent 45h, je vais vérifier, mais utilisé depuis plusieurs heures maintenant, la batterie ne bouge pas ...
Bref, à - de 60€ je trouve que c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix par rapport à du Jabra, Plantronics and co qui sont vendus beaucoup plus cher !

Brilliant value for money
Sound is great, mic quality is excellent, battery life is phenomenal. Comfortable to wear for prolonged times.

Stopped working twice (two individual sets)
I have had two of these headsets and eventually they just stop working. When the first pair stopped working I put it down to them being a bad set of headphones. But the exact same thing happened with my second pair. When they did work they needed to be repaired everyday for my work laptop to pick them up. I can't remember how long I had the first pair. Then second pair lasted 2 years. I well never by JLab again.

great with single device, but bad on multipoint
i connected it to my notebook (windows11) & tablet (android), but its multipoint does not seems in advance mode to put previous one on hold (that's difficult to switch between two devices), and more the trouble, if both devices have active call, while it active on latest one you picked, it voice quality will significantly degraded (not clear, hearing statics on remote, etc).

within 6 months headpin and volumn button broke
I purchased JLab Go Work Wireless Headsets with Microphone - 45+ Playtime PC Bluetooth Headset in Nov-22 but within 6 months the head pin broke & volume button went inside the hole. Now this device is not usable, I am currently in India so I am not aware whether I get service support/warranty.
