Stopped working twice (two individual sets)
I have had two of these headsets and eventually they just stop working. When the first pair stopped working I put it down to them being a bad set of headphones. But the exact same thing happened with my second pair. When they did work they needed to be repaired everyday for my work laptop to pick them up. I can't remember how long I had the first pair. Then second pair lasted 2 years. I well never by JLab again.

A must have for working from home
I work from home and have calls all day every day. These earphones are amazing everyone can hear me clearly and there’s no background noise, they allow me to stand up and move around, as sitting all day was hurting my back. They are also cheaper in Harvey Norman than on Amazon.
