Charged my phone twice and then stopped working! Should have listened to others reviews before buying as this seems a common problem. Also, like others, was not offered the full amount refunded. God knows why Samsung think this is an acceptable approach to only offer partial refunds for faulty products. Poor product, poor service. Don't waste your time or money here

Worth the money
I bought the black coloured one over a year ago and its still going strong then a couple of weeks ago I bought the white one for a different room. They both fast charge on my Samsung phones and have saved me a small fortune as I was continually buying cheap cables out the corner shop that would last a month.
I was definitely recommend spending a wee bit more and buying the offical samsung charger as it'll work out cheaper in the long run.

Rubbish charger
I'm not one to ever post reviews. But I bought this charger in the summer. Absolute rubbish. Randomly stopped working a few days ago for no reason. Wish I listened to similar reviews like mine. I don't advise you buy. Save your money. Hope samsung CS can find a solution for me

Great phone no charger.
I had a fast charger it didn't last long before it stopped working. Was thinking of getting another one for new phone. How can you sell a phone without a charge. Got the 24 Ultra but no charger. The cost just say expensive for a 1tb phone. I had a S9+ great phone.

Poor cable quality.
My 25W charger died a couple of days ago. I bought a new plug and cable. I received them two days later (full marks for speed of delivery). I discovered that the problem was not the plug but the cable (it is the second amsungSourreplacement cable I have bought).They are quite flimsy. Plus they are not long enough if you are using a plug on the floor. Time for Samsung to switch to a more robust cable supplier and double the length.

Excellent Charger
Highly recommended superfast charger. Do not need to buy the 45W equivalent.
This charges my S24+ from 0 to 80% in about 40-50 minutes.
My only issue with this charger is the cable length, which is just a bit too short (which knocks 1 star off design)
Otherwise, the charging capability is excellent
