Easy purchase using tech credit. Description was useful and accurate and helped me decide on what best suited my needs. Purchasing process easy and user friendly. Setting up tech credit was very easy and the app allows you to control your payment options and to pay extra if possible.

I ordered the iPad online from HN and it arrived very promptly. It's for a Christmas gift but I already have the same item and am delighted with it. It clear, crisp and very easy to use. As someone who fits in the (very) elderly cohort these features are most important!

Alternative to laptop for the house
We needed a tablet in the house as we only had an old laptop I needed something quick and reliable and this was a great alternative to a laptop.
