I ordered the iPad online from HN and it arrived very promptly. It's for a Christmas gift but I already have the same item and am delighted with it. It clear, crisp and very easy to use. As someone who fits in the (very) elderly cohort these features are most important!

Easy purchase using tech credit. Description was useful and accurate and helped me decide on what best suited my needs. Purchasing process easy and user friendly. Setting up tech credit was very easy and the app allows you to control your payment options and to pay extra if possible.

Upgraded my iPad. Reasonable price. It’s really good. Excellent picture and sound. Only minor issue is the battery life is not great. Slow to charge. But really happy with product overall
