Rated 3 out of 5 by from Otterbox Symmetry Clear case This is my third Otterbox Symmetry IPhone case. I have always loved the protection they give my IPhone but this time it was a bit different. While I have always found it quite difficult to put the case on the phone, this time it was a battle. Yes, my new IPhone 12 is really safe and secure but in the tussle to get the case on, my Otterbox case got a few scratches on the back. So beware of putting it on. It’s only noticeable as it’s a clear case.

1.During checkout, select “Pickup” and select your preferred store.

2.After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number”.

3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”. If you want to use "Contactless Click & Collect" select this option on this email.

4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.

5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

6.If availing of Contactless Clock & Collect, let the store know you’ve arrived and wait in your car until a member of staff brings your order to you.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Irish Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (conditions apply).
