Excellent customer service
The cable is great but what I really want to commend is the excellent customer service at my local Harvey Norman. I arrived a minute before closing and a member of staff retrieved my order with no fuss and a great attitude. I was then able to charge my device when I got home, which I very much appreciated as I had a big work deadline.

Keeping the isolated teen in touch.
There is nothing very special about this item.Its the relief on the face of the teenager when she realises she can charge her phone and keep in touch with friends during this tough time of isolation.Thanks

A charger
Product is brilliant no doubt about it. I found it hard to get a charger that was reliable and not an apple charger and this one is perfect and so cheap. It cam super quick as well
