The Wood Fire collection includes an all-weather cover, black iron dish, leather glove, oven brush, prod and blow, infrared gun, and Wood-Fire Feast book to help turn even the biggest of amateurs into a pizza pro. The all-weather cover is made from a soft-touch Odyssey fabric that is a combination of an acrylic coated woven polyester and a non-woven backer of 100% polyester. It has the strength, dimensional stability, and water abrasion resistance, along with a scratch resistance that comes from the non-woven backer, as well as adjustable side straps to tighten the cover around the oven base.
To make the entirely perfect pizza it is important to have the right tools and with this incredible selection you are on the right path to becoming a true Pizzaiolo! With the leather glove made by hand and using carefully selected sturdy Italian buffalo leather, you can take hot items out of a wood-fire oven with ease. While the metal prodder/blower helps you manage a perfect burn, and the oven brush cleans the oven base tile between cooking pizzas and removes the build-up of any burnt-on residue.
The digital infrared thermometer helps you know the surface temperature quickly and accurately, simply point and pull the trigger and you get the accurate temperature reading on the screen. It has a wide range from -50°C to 420°C and is completely safe to use. The black iron dish is the perfect companion for your Sunday lunch or lazy summer BBQ.
