This starter collection features an all-weather cover, a pizza peel, an oven brush, and a prod and blow to help turn even the biggest of amateurs into a pizza pro. The all-weather cover is made from a soft-touch Odyssey fabric that is a combination of an acrylic coated woven polyester and a non-woven backer of 100% polyester. It has the strength, dimensional stability, and water abrasion resistance, along with a scratch resistance that comes from the non-woven backer, as well as adjustable side straps to tighten the cover around the oven base.
To make the entirely perfect pizza it is important to have the right tools and with the 12″ handmade DeliVita pizza peel you have the perfect pizza shovel when you want to move the pizza into and out of the oven like a true Pizzaiolo! It’s made from stainless steel with a responsibly sourced Olive wood handle. The oven brush is the right tool when you need to clean the oven base tile between cooking pizzas and to remove build-up of any burnt-on residue. This brush is handmade and has a durable steel wire with a natural olive wood handle. While the metal prodder/blower helps you manage a perfect burn in the DeliVita wood-fired oven.
