This Pizzaiolo collection features an all-weather cover, pizza peel, pizza cutter, oven brush, dough scraper, pizza turner, prod and blow—everything you need to turn even the biggest of amateurs into a pizza pro. The all-weather cover is made from a soft-touch Odyssey fabric that combines an acrylic-coated woven polyester with a non-woven backer of 100% polyester. It offers strength, dimensional stability, water and abrasion resistance, and scratch resistance from the non-woven backer, along with adjustable side straps to tighten the cover around the oven base.
To make the perfect pizza, having the right tools is essential. The 12″ handmade DeliVita pizza peel and pizza cutter are ideal for moving the pizza into and out of the oven and slicing it like a true Pizzaiolo. The pizza turner allows you to effortlessly spin your pizza in the oven, with its stainless-steel circular base sliding easily underneath for an even bake. The metal prodder/blower helps you manage a perfect burn, while the oven brush keeps the oven base tile clean between pizzas and removes any burnt-on residue.
The handcrafted, natural olive wood and stainless-steel dough scraper helps you professionally craft and divide your proofed dough.
