Fantastic Lens for Portraits and Street Photography
As a photographer who enjoys capturing both portraits and street scenes, the Sony FE 50mm f/1.8 has been a great addition to my kit. The image quality is sharp, and the wide f/1.8 aperture allows for beautiful background blur, perfect for isolating subjects in my shots. It’s lightweight and easy to carry during my nature and street photography sessions around Galway. While the autofocus could be quicker, especially in low light, the results make it well worth the price. A solid, budget-friendly option for anyone looking to upgrade their photography gear.

Inexpensive lens
This item is very slow to react to the zoom and a lot of images turn out blurred. The zoomed images also appear out of focus even when the camera is in one of the modes.
