Attractive and easy to use microwave
We bought this to replace a previous Panansonic flatbed model because its interior had deteriorated badly. This model has less functions but is adequate for our needs: reheating, cooking porridge, some vegetables, such as broccoli and occasional use of the grill. (We do have a separate grill and air fryer). The controls are very straightforward and the interior easy to keep clean. It looks very attractive on the worktop and takes up less space than our old model in our small kitchen. We have had it a few weeks now and my only reservation is that it needs non slip feet, as it can move easily on the worktop when opening the door.

Over Priced Rubbish.
Bought 25 October 2024.This is my third panasonic microwave, first lasted over 20 years, used daily large family, second door rusted out after 4 years, only 2 in family. latest one as before stainless steel inside and out.Glass between door mists up, water pools under front onto work top.advised leave door open for 10 mins.The condensation builds up even re heating a precooked meal for one.I can guarantee the door suround will very soon rust.I feel the fault is due to the fan extractor being under powered, the fan on the one which lasted over 20 years was much more powerful hence no condensation no rust.Panasonic like many manufacturers have cut corners,so their products don't last too long.

Outstanding quality
This high specification combination microwave is amazing. First off the build quality is of the highest quality and looks superb. The programs are easy to understand and the combination of the dial and buttons make it so simple to use. The power of the microwave is also excellent where I used to heat a tin of food for 3 minutes I now only microwave for 1:30 minutes halving my cook time. It’s also a great alternative to using our main oven saving time and electricity cooking. Over all it’s quality, usability, versatility and looks are top draw and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Practical size, exactly what we wanted
It's early days so we haven't been too adventurous yet - but baked potatoes with crispy skins in 20 mins, fries from frozen in under 10 mins - it's saving a lot of time on the main oven and with family wanting different things at different times this combi oven is delivering. It's a good size to fit on the worktop and looks good too

Noisy, inflexible timer, tinny.
We replaced old faithful microwave with this one. Compared with the old stainless steel one this is tinny and very noisy when in operation. The timer increases in 10second increments until it reaches 3 minutes, then in 30 second leaps and bounds. Which is a real pain; with a powerful microwave like this one (1000w) accurate timing can be critical.
3minutes10seconds to bring a small jug of milk to the boil. 3minutes 30seconds = a nasty mess! I wish I had insisted on getting the old one repaired.

Excellent features and large capacity
This was to replace a similar model which was 4 years old, which was still working but looking a bit tired. This has the same features and functions but we are back to proper buttons and dial rather than a soft touch screen. This is quicker to use when using the many auto cook functions and has a quick start button which the old machine did not. Very pleased with it as we were with the old machine.

Poor Convection Setting
I have now had this combination microwave oven for quite a few weeks, sadly I am very disappointed, it is nothing like my old Panasonic, which was brilliant on convection setting baking pastries,scones and cakes, unfortunately this new oven won’t bake anything, therefore I just feel I have wasted my money as I am now only using
the oven as a basic microwave

Good Oven from a Trusted Company
Solid & well built oven - easy to operate &looks good in our kitchen. My only negative would be the ease that it slides back when shutting the door, however we have positioned it in such away that this does not now happen.
