Have purchased better previously.
Order took 20 days to arrive and was faulty with ripped stitching. Staff member was very good in getting it replaced for me, polite and apologies about delay.
I checked the replacement item in store to make sure there wasn't any tears in the same area and was fine.
I took the mattress topper home and spotted two oil marks on lower corners of it after taking it out of the plastic.
Item is comfortable and a little on the expensive side for what you are getting.
I would skip buying this brand again in future due to 2/2 faulty goods.

Husband not sleeping cancer op and this matress is great
Bought this matress topper as husband coming home from hospital after colon cancer operstion. He's been sleeping really well on it and do I definitely think its well worth the price. Highly recommended
