Superb Quality Beanbag
Outstanding customer service from Harvey Normans. I ordered online on a Saturday night and was contacted by phone the following day to advise there was a 6 to 8 week back order for the beanbag and asked if I wanted to proceed with the order. The beanbag is superb quality, and meets the needs for our child who has additional needs.

6 Months delivery wait!
Cannot fault the elephant beanbag, big hit in my house with my autistic child. However, we were left waiting over 6 months for delivery which i was VERY unhappy with. This long delay in delivery should have been highlighted at the time of purchase. Would put me off ordering online again.
