Keep off - Engineering disaster
This bed frame engineered incorrectly, even confirmed to us by the technician HN assigned but they reject to change, closed the case without my consent and do not reply anymore. The mattress is collapsing in the middle of the bed as down side of the frame is completely uneven, not me saying but their technician. They say technician advise manufacturing wise fine but no comment on the engineering mentioned. This bed frame should be called back.
I paid 50% more for HN considering that after sales in case of a problem is hassle free. No difference if you buy from an online shop or them. Only difference is you pay much more.

Lovely Lancaster.
A really lovely sturdy bed. Beautiful wooden frame, well structured and with a really nice finish. Coupled with a good orthopaedic mattress, a good night’s sleep is guaranteed. I love it.
