Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average at best Sound quality is decent and the battery is not too bad. I find myself having to charge the case once a day and twice if I use it heavily. Now the major issue I have with this is the connectivity. I find that on several occasions the connection to a device is slow to initiate and on random occasions the audio cuts-out. This is even worse if you use this with a MacBook. Several software updates in and still no remedy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy with my purchase I am very happy with my Galaxy Buds2, they were very easy to set up and lots of features using the WEAR app on my Galaxy A70 phone. I have found them to be a great fit in my ears, also I like how understated they are, no flashing lights on the buds, the sound is great, the buds charge very quickly in the case & they have a very good range when I have to move away from my phone. The touch features on the buds are easy to use and so far have worked perfectly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Decent sound but terrible design I got these free when i pre ordered my last phone and the sound quality is good and the battery is decent but the design is absolutely awful, they just DO NOT !!! stay in your ears, they are constantly falling out and drive me mad. the previous generation was far superior and i end up using them more than these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy to have them Great sound quality, they fit perfectly into my ears, after 3 hour of continuous use I had no issues with itchy ears inside (sometimes it happened with other inner ear stuff I've been using). I had a problem to be heard properly by a caller in very windy conditions (which is obvious ;) ).
