Needs an App to Connect, wont work on PC
Why do I need an App to connect these earbuds to devices, other wireless earbuds can connect fine over bluetooth but not these. I cant connect to my PC/Laptop seems to only work on Android or IOS devices. Samsaung earbud software wont work for these, I dont see an app for the PC. They fit in the ears weird and the orientation from case to ear feels unnatural, Sorry! as much as I love my other Samsung devices when it comes to the earbuds being honest I dont like these at all, I much prefer my Jabra earbuds that work on all devices and dont require a specific app.

!!Check fitment first!!!
I got these 3 months ago.
Fit may suit some people but not all. Personally with either set of tips i find the earphones are not steady enough to walk or move around in. They stay in fine when u sit still at my desk but then i move around (in an office, a staircase is as strenuous as it gets). Or eating, earing something with them in my ears slowly dislodges them usually noticable as the volume seemingly gets lower til u realise they are falling out.
The fitment is so peculiar i wonder who has ears suitable??? To fit as per instructions means u have to be born with ears a certain shape. Then to go and move around is to risk them falling out in minutes.
Had i been able to try on beforehand i would have dodged these.
Sound is good. Noise cancelling is non existant, seriously it sort of makes the office ventilation system reduce a bit. Thats it.
Overall if they would have refunded me i would have taken that opportunity.
Disappointed.

Really good and non intrusive fit
I am happy with the buds. They fit really well and they don't fall when exercising. The sound equality is not as good as in ear ones as the sound scapes because there is space between the ear and the speakers

Happy so far,charging cable won't fit s20 charger
Have these a few days now, quite happy with them so far, quite comfortable in the ear. I found the sound excellent and I don't see a major issue with hearing other background noises while in use. It's not recommended but you can push them ever so slightly down and it creates a better seal around the ear.. either way though i don't find the outside noise an issue.. a few little issues I would mention, the touch control is a bit of a pain when you are adjusting your buds, because 9 times out of 10 you're going to turn them off, you can get lucky and miss the control and adjust without stopping you're music, or you could adjust it while looking in a mirror, maybe a bit of practice and it won't be a major issue. One slightly more annoying issue I found though was the charging cable supplied, it is a USB C ended cable with a regular USB connector at the top which is supposed to go into your charger. However I have a Samsung galaxy S20, where the chargers take a USB C into the charger end and the phone end. So how am I supposed to charge it? Not impressed with that as I don't have another charger that takes a regular USB into the charger end..
