Long Battery Life
GO Air POP features 8+ hours of playtime in each earbud and 24+ extra hours from the charging case (32+ hours total). Return to the case to recharge the buds, and use the integrated USB cable to charge the case.
Dual Connect

Use either earbud independently or use both together. A built-in MEMS microphone in each bud ensures clear calls.

15% Smaller Fit

Smaller than a credit card, the case fits in your pocket and the earbuds are our smallest yet – 15% smaller earbuds and 40% lighter with the compact case. Try the three tip sizes to get a snug in-ear fit, creating a perfect seal for crystal clear sound.

EQ3 Sound

With just a few taps via touch sensors, you can choose your sound preference: JLab Signature, Balanced and Bass Boost modes – without an app. Hear the difference.

Touch Controls

Enjoy volume and track controls, plus play/pause, answering calls and activating your smart assistant with the touch control functions.

First Time Set Up: Bluetooth Pairing

Remove tab and close door

Red light on case indicates charge, Remove earbuds from case.

One earbud will blink blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device.

Select "JLab GO Air Pop" in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. Voice prompt "You're connected" followed byblinking white lights will indicate you are connected.

How to Control your Go Air Pop
  • Answer call: Single tap
  • Hangup: Double tap
  • Reject incoming calls: Press& hold 1+ sec
  • EQ change: Triple tap
  • Volume down: Single tap
  • Siri (os) or "Ok google" (android): Double tap
  • Track back: Press & hold 1+ sec
  • Volume up: Single tap
  • Play/pause: Double tap
  • Track forward: Press & hold 1+ sec

Try all ear tips for best fit and proper seal.

Place the earbud in the ear canal and slightly rotate to adjust for best fit.

Trouble Shooting
  • Keep the earbuds in the charging case and forget "JLab GO Air Tones" from your Bluetooth device settings
  • Quick tap 7x on one earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 4 times
  • Quick tap 7x on other earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 4 times
  • Take both earbuds out of the charging case
  • One earbud will be solid white and other will blink blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device

They were with me a day or two after I ordered, super affordable, super value, 3 sized ear pieces (great for small ears like mine) don't slip while in your ear, no fear of them falling out, they feel super secure. convenient for popping in your pocket or small handbag etc. I just love them.

She and I love them because they are easy to use and fit perfectly into both our ears because the rubber earbuds, choice of 3 sizes, can be changed to fit perfectly into our ears, while the sound is excellent which can ba adjusted easily.
