However, the display brightness of the unit is low and cannot be seen in bright sunshine or well-lit rooms. Also, the base could be a little deeper. Apart from that a very nice bit of kit and I am pleased...

Sound quality is good it also looks very nice but was disappointed with the fact that the display goes off once you have selected your station or source and there is no time display.

How do i get the latest firmware for JBL Tuner XL?

If your device is working as it should, there is no need to update the firmware. JBL Tuner XL has a published update file available on the Product Page, alongside instructions on how to install it. Is it somehow possible to connect Tuner with another speaker like Charge 3/4 and have output from there as well?

Is the battery removable by myself or I have to bring the tuner to your service center?
