Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT UPGRADE I bought the Barista Touch model around 1 month ago to replace my Barista express which had developed a fault after years of daily use. So glad I upgraded to the Touch version. Went for the Black stainless Steel full bundle as there was a good offer on it. Not yet done any of the classes. Takes a bit of tweaking with the settings but think I'm just about there now. Found the customer services very helpful when contacting them. I tip I would recommend is to cover the drip tray with a piece of non slip matting as the tray scratches easily with the bottom of the cups. I did this with my Barista express from new and there wasn't a single scratch after 4 years daily use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good when Setup, but takes time, lots of wasted product finding correct settings Build quality good, coffee tastes good, easy to use when correctly setup, the amount of coffee beans wasted to get the correct setup is excessive, we went through a whole bag just trying to get the grind correct etc, then have to go through that all again if you change coffee beans, so this product requires patience. It’s not turn on and go straight out the box Flaws, the stainless steel drip tray lid scratches really easily, we’ve overcome this by using a silicone cup placemat, Sage designers take note, design something similar that is perforated to allow and spillage to fall through, the metal milk jug scratches the stainless steel really easily

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cannot make a nice coffee I bought a few weeks ago. Have tried every setting and just cannot get a nice espresso. Either too watery or acidic. Have done multiple experiments and gone through 3 bags of beans. Really disappointed as these things get such great reviews. Unfortunately too busy to sort this out - huge hassle to pack up and send back (if that were even an option) - so sadly stuck with an extremely expensive coffee machine I don’t want to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turn yourself in to a home barista coffee the easy way I bought this machine to replace a well known coffee pod machine which I'd had for 10 years. This has been a complete home revolution! Really great tasting home coffee including pain free one-touch milk preparation. It's also much more fun and engaging to use. I would say you do have to give up a small amount of quick and easy convenience but that is more than compensated by the improvement in drink quality. Very happy with the purchase although my wallet is taking the hit due to all the extra drinks it's encouraging me to make!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Machine upgrade from my barista express, Now the Milk froth is always 100% right lovely piece of kit! scratches easily but still looks the part in the kitchen and makes the best flat white! 3 seconds to get it going instead of 30 seconds on my barista express. Love it in every way!
