Full-bodied coffee with rich and complex flavours is created using the right dose of 19-22g of freshly ground beans. This dose allows the coffee to fully express the incredible aroma, intense flavours and distinctive character of the coffee, for a true cafe quality result. Sweet, delicious and nuanced flavour notes begin with precise control over water temperature. Digital temperature control (PID) technology precisely controls water temperature for a perfectly balanced coffee extraction, giving you the control and consistency for delicious tasting coffee every time.

Irresistible Body

An opulent, creamy and caramel-coloured espresso starts with low pressure pre-infusion that soaks the grinds, allowing water to pass evenly through the coffee during the high pressure (9 bar) extraction process, delivered via our 15 bar Italian pump. This results in a rich, sweet and viscous espresso.

Silky, Velvety Mouthfeel

Savour the silky taste and velvety mouthfeel of true microfoam milk. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing!!!! Absolutely love this machine. After year of working from home I was using a small nespresso pod machine and getting coffee out was a treat. I looked into different machines to get and this brand and this machine came highly recommended online and by friends. I love having nice coffee each day and it is easy to use once use it a few times. Would recommend reading instructions and doing things step by step. I used to be a Barista so was fine using it but my sister used it and had a few questions but once went through all she is flying with her cappuccinos each day. Definitely worth the Investment

The Sage is Versatile, easy to use, the built in grinder is a gift (I had a separate Burr grinder with my old Delonghi & always made a mess when filling the portafilter). I am loving the Sage at the minute, it takes a bit of practice to make the perfect coffee, grind setting, tamping pressure etc however there are plenty of tips and tricks on youtube that are worth a look. Once you master this you got Barista style coffee in the comfort of your own home.

There is a bit of setting up at the start, as in setting up for the coffee grinder, granular size and dispense amount. The first few cups are trial and error. We changed bean type and needed to adjust settings to suit. Nothing onerous but something to note. The machine once on gets to temp fast. The steam spout is much better than our last ones, with a bit of practice you can get proper textured Cappuccinos. All around very happy. I would recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not recommend Sage Really disappointed with my purchase. Spent a lot of money for this coffee machine and it doesn't reach advertise pressure. Been in contact with sage consumer support and we've been told at first- we don't know how to make a coffee, then we have wrong coffee, then pressure goes max to half of the scale so it's actually ok for them. "We always say this to customers so it's ok" No matter I'm certified barista and machine should be 15 bars and it reaches only about 6-7. This company is a joke and I would not recommend buying anything form them as once you have an issue with your device, you're on your own. Im absolutely sure, if there is any problem in the future, would be the same. I credited this purchase and now I'm paying every month for device works with less than half power it should. Better go for different brand
