Chipolo ONE Spot helps you find your personal items like keys, backpack, luggage or even your child’s toy through the Apple Find My network, made up of hundreds of millions of Apple devices.

Add your Chipolo ONE Spot to the Apple Find My app on your iPhone or iPad in a few easy steps. After setup, you use the Find My app to see your item on the map, play a sound if it’s nearby or enable Lost Mode to get notified when it is found. The Find My network is encrypted and anonymous, so location information is not available to anyone else, including Apple and Chipolo.

Chipolo ONE Spot is a special edition compatible exclusively with the Apple Find My app. It has a loud 120 dB ring, a 1-year replaceable battery and is water resistant (IPX5).

2.After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number”.

3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”. If you want to use "Contactless Click & Collect" select this option on this email.

4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.

5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

6.If availing of Contactless Clock & Collect, let the store know you’ve arrived and wait in your car until a member of staff brings your order to you.
