Perfect all round day to day phone
Bought a phone last year for my mother for Christmas and she broke the screen. However the phone was under product care and was able to be returned and the value of the phone put towards a new phone. Bryan in the lovetech department in Harvey Norman Kinsale road roundabout cork, went above and beyond to help us get the right phone. He was both honest and practical with cost and what she would need in a phone. He advised us to purchase the Samsung A14 which is a perfect all rounder. Has a good quality camera and runs quickly. He was able to transfer all the details from her old phone to her new phone. We were stunned with the customer service we received. Definitely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !!! Safe to say I will definitely be returning in the future.

Perfect - as expected!
I bought this phone to upgrade from an older Galaxy model. So far it has been exactly what I wanted and everything is as expected. Runs quickly, camera is good and despite coming with a lot of apps preinstalled most of these can be removed. Expandable storage option is great to have also. Super fast shipping from Harvey Norman's end and arrived in no time!

Great phone for a great price
Has all the features of a more expensive phone but for a much more affordable price tag. Very fast, nice clear screen. Beautiful design and I really enjoy how the fingerprint scanner is on the power button for ease of access. All over fantastic purchase.

Great Phone for a good price
