Rated 2 out of 5 by from Impossible to Clean effectively [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this hob for 2 years now and have to concur with other reviewers. It is an absolute nightmare to clean. The none glass squares which the burners sit on are not glass yet spills and splashes end up being exceptionally difficult to clean. Sadly I am stuck with it till I need to replace it at its end of life .... I won't be buying something like this again. Shockingly difficult to clean and poor design in relation to this. Anyone looking to buy, please avoid as cleaning it will send you batty.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nightmare to clean I bought this gas cooker 8 months ago to match the other neff appliances in my kitchen to keep it uniform and with th thought it must be good as it’s neff and it looks pretty. Little did I know the cleaning nightmare I would have. The smears never come away even after using special micro fibre clothes. Going with the cleaning instructions laid out by Neff. The gas burners are starting to discolour after cooking and trying to clean them is a nightmare. After reading other reviews it looks like this seems to be a reoccurring theme. I really wish I did not buy this but looks like I am stuck with this now for a long time and will be spending a lot of time cleaning. I am disappointed with Neff on the quality as we buy the appliance on good reputation and feel very let down.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Impossible to clean the burner and pan stands I can fully support the reviews on this topic. The hob itself looks fantastic and it is such a shame the burners, caps and pan stands are so difficult to clean effectively. Our hob (which is approx 6 months old) stands on a centre island in the centre of our kitchen and is something that everyone walks by as they come into our home. We replaced the burners and caps when they started to look scruffy, as we couldnt remove the stains and the discolouring. The problem now is the pan stands are going the same way. Unfortunately these are much more costly to replace.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not suitable for cooking ! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this hob almost 2 years and have had the engineer out 8 times. While cooking water has spilled out on the surface. Water travels to the knobs and can easily get to the electric circuit underneath which stops the gas igniting. Even if the spoon drips I have to be super quick to wipe. I contacted Neff after the 5th time the engineer came out to ask if I could have the appliance changed but they just keep sending out an engineer. I have a Neff washing machine, oven, and fridge but I am really disappointed with the quality of the hob. I think it was made for people who don’t cook.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wok burner plate I have had this hob for 4 weeks and used the wok burner only once after which there were some splashes on the burner plate. I cleaned as suggested but am still disappointed that stains remain on the plate. I am now wary of using the burner for my wok cooking in case new marks appear on the burner plate- this shouldn't happen especially when following published cleaning instructions. I do find the glass plate easy to clean as long as it's done straight away.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rusting pan stands after just a year The cast iron pan stands are going rusty after just a year and I wrote to Neff customer services with photos requesting replacement stands. Unfortunately they refused claiming it was due to impact damage. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to use the hob without putting saucepans on it! First (and possibly last) time I've purchased a Neff product an it's disappointing. Based on my current experience I would not recommend this product or Neff customer care. Lucie Flint - January 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gas hob looks so good in the kitchen and has a nice range of rings, each with click-stop settings. You get great control over your cooking and the wok burner gives you an oversize ring too. Although cleaning it can be a bit of a faff, there are excellent hob cleaning products on the market that make this easy, and its worth it for the look! This review is submitted after a year of use so its really representative of my views on the hob.
