Hi Dunlopski Thanks for reaching out to us with this query. My apologies for the delay in responding. I have looked into this for you and I can confirm the aperture required to fit this appliance would be 490mm - 491mm (max) x 560mm - 561mm (max). Please also ensure there is a minimum distance of 55mm between the edge of the appliance when in situ and the edge of the worktop. Unfortunately we are unable to provide screenshots of the full installation measurements. I hope this helps. Regards

The left side of the hob got plastic burnt and stick to it as my son left a plastic on top of the hot hob without realising and now we cannot remove it. Please help how to remove it.

zanussi electric hob ZHRN640k if i turn a cooking area on it glows but then cuts out after 30 seconds is this normal , it then repeats this action, is there a problem

I am keen to make sure this hob does not make loud clicking sounds. We currently have a Neff induction hob and when you are cooking with more than two saucepans the hob makes a continuous rhythmic and annoying click click click, which can be heard more than 20ft away, we are using the correct induction type saucepans. The noise carries on until you go back to only cooking on two rings. It drives everyone to distraction. Can you confirm that this hob doesn't make weird clicking noises.
