Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had a few days but seems great so far. Weirdly, the washes seem cleaner than my last machine but that might be in my mind. Big drum with lots of room. Very quiet. Really easy to use. One thing to be aware of: Because of the big drum, the unit is deeper than previous machine. That works ok for me but, if you’ve space issues, do measure first. Oh, and it plays a tune when it’s finished a cycle. An unexpectedly long tune. The manual says you can turn it off but it seems like that has to be repeated each time you power on (maybe there’s something I’m missing, though).

I did 7 washes, 4 days passed, the smell is still here. 2nd. It leaks. Small amount of water 200-300 wiped every morning even when machine was not used...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Large capacity functional machine with great looks [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes. This is a very nice looking machine with a quality feel about it. I have tried a variety of different cycles, though long term I suspect I will mainly stick to the 'mixed load' one as it is only 1hr 6 mins in length and does a good job of cleaning our clothes. My house has 4 adults but we all work in office type environments (outside lockdown) so none of it is heavily soiled. One function I did like was the Bubble Soak. I had a food stained shirt which had refused to come clean after 2 previous washes in my old machine so I tried it in this one using the Bubble Soak option with a little stain remover and it came out perfectly. I tried the drying function twice, once for towels and once for bedding. Both times I set it to dry for putting away in a cupboard. This is a function I used to avoid on my old machine due to the long run times and lack of total drying on the times I did try it out. I can confirm that the Samsung did at least dry the items although one of the larger towels was still very slightly damp in the middle. The bedding was totally dry but it was heavily creased. So much so my wife thinks the creases may never come out. Drying cycles are on a par with other machines with a cupboard dry adding 5 hours to the wash time. The controls are pretty obvious without needing to read the user guide too much and are easy to use. The load capacity at 9kg is excellent. It only beats my old one by 1kg but it actually seems a lot more. The user manual is quite good and informs without going too technical. My only gripe with it is that some of the diagrams are quite small, especially the ones regarding the drawer to put detergent, softener and pre-wash. One final thing. The machine plays a short tune when you switch it on/off and a slightly longer one at the end of the wash/dry cycle. This may well turn out to be annoying after a while but fortunately you can turn it off. Overall an excellent machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No more wash day blues I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes. Its large capacity is great for family loads. Its easy to use My 13 year old can put it on. The digital display is great for saying how long the wash or wash and dry will take and also how long until the cycle ends No worries if you do a hot wash then a more delicate as the machine has a default setting which it returns to after each wash. It even has a 15 minute quick wash for those times when you only need a quick wash. It also turns itself off as a power saving mode. You can also delay the start time so it washes when you want it to without needing it plugged into a timer It has a hygiene steam mode for those smelly items, sport kit, dog blankets.

Can't believe the difference in quality observed in only the first couple of days of use. Would definitely recommend over other brands as while a little pricey compared to some others, what it has to offer definitely makes up for this. Only drawback I have found is the number of features offered regarding wash/dry cycles does make it a little confusing to get used to when compared to more simplistic design but instructions are easy to follow to figure out what to do.

It was the best washing machine I have ever owned. 10/10, quiet, modern, washes great, 0% vibration or sound when spining. Unfortunately the washing machine broke and the repair would have cost £100 less than a new one so I decided to buy a new one. Since I was extremely happy with my current washing machine model, I ordered the same one. And that was the biggest mistake I could have made. This is no longer the same washing machine-dryer, everything has changed. Even front panel colours are not matching🤯. Cheap parts are installed, the washing machine-dryer is very noisy, the whole house shakes during spining ( yes it's in level), and I'm not talking about the noise at al, you can't be in the same room. I rate this washing machine- dryer 1/10. If I had known that everything in this washing machine- dryer model was changed, I would never have bought it. I really regret buying it and from the noise of the bearings I think it will fail within the first year.

Features like 15 minute wash are very handy. Large loads are a breeze and come out clean, smelling good and dry, I used to have to partially air dry using other washer dryers over the years. I've already recommended this machine to my mother as its easy to use with the dial and screen showing all the relevant info.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid Samsung at all costs - Liars I have never in my life wrote a bad review, however Samsung a high brand company has disappointing me and consistently lied to me for the passed 6 weeks. I have bought a washer /dryer less then 24 months ago. Samsung 5 year guarantee promise is a lie!, After many attempts Samsung send 4x times engineers to change parts of a newly bought item and still not fixed, Samsung promise it is the last time engineer will repair if not they will change the washing machine and nothing! They keep sending engineers to change parts and washer/dryer still not fixed. Every week a new engineer comes to change parts and back to square one, Samsung 5 year guarantee is a lie, once you have problem with the machine they will go around in circles not to change the washing machine or fixed this. Do not buy if you have problem you will end up with a non working machine until eventually get tired and buy another one. Do not buy Samsung Washing Machine.
