Customer Direct Returns
How do I know if my product is Customer Direct?
1. Check the product code
All of our Customer Direct product codes start with ‘DS’. You can find the product code on any of your service emails and the product page. Here are a few examples: DS250377-000297, DS250900-001734, DS250359-000001, DS250358-000196, DS250396-000018.
2. Check the product page
All of our Customer Direct products will have a ‘Harvey Norman Customer Direct’ information box under the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Here is a sample below:
