Designed for less distortion, we've combined our HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN2e and Integrated Processor V2, to incorporate precision 24-bit audio processing and high-performance analogue amplification. The result is low distortion and crystal-clear audio reproduction.

Thanks to an AI-based noise reduction algorithm based on Deep Neural Network (DNN) processing, and bone conduction sensors, your voice will come through clear and natural, even in a noisy environment. And if you’re outdoors, the wind noise reduction structure will minimise any wind whooshes, so you always know you’ll be heard.
Bone conduction sensors pick up the vibration of your voice directly from your skull bones, helping to isolate your speech from ambient sounds and background noise. As well as this, the Precise Voice Pickup Technology and advanced audio signal processing in these Sony wireless headphones will ensure that the person on the other end of the call hears your voice clearly, even in loud surroundings.

Superb Functionality
For total convenience, the WF-1000XM5 Bluetooth headphones can be paired with two Bluetooth devices simultaneously - so when a call comes in, your headphones can automatically connect to the right one. With Multipoint Connection, you can quickly switch to a ringing device, then back, by simply resuming playback on the other device.
You can enjoy up to 8 hours of charge on your Bluetooth earbuds and store another 16 hours in the case for a full 24 hours of listening every time you leave the house. And, for your convenience, a 3-minute quick charge will give you up to 60 minutes of play.

Free Click & Collect In Store
Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional delivery charges? It’s incredibly simple to collect your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Click & Collect option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to collect your order.
During checkout, select “Click & Collect” and select your preferred store.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement email with your order number.
Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email to inform you that your order is “Ready for collection”. If you want to use "Contactless Click & Collect" select this option on this email.
Bring your order number to the store you selected for Click & Collect, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
If availing of Contactless Click & Collect, please click the link in your email “ready to pick up” to let the store know you are on your way. When you have parked in the designated parking bay, open your email, and choose the “I’m here” option and a member of staff will bring your purchase out to your car.
