Description
Inspired by the rich tones of the Mediterranean with a premium build quality, this impressive 90cm Smeg Portofino cooker includes a large oven and a smaller auxiliary oven providing all the space you could need for your Christmas turkey and trimmings. The main oven features Smeg's Circulaire function, which provides many benefits including no flavour transfer when cooking different food types at the same time, and there are 5 cooking level positions to choose from within the cavity.
Keeping the ovens clean is simple thanks to their easy clean enameled interiors and also the vapor cleaning function on the main oven which loosens dirt.
The gas hob top offers 6 powerful gas burners, including a WOK burner for great flexibility whilst the storage drawer helps to house trays and shelves when not in use.
Main Oven:
The generous 70 litre multifunction oven has 7 cooking functions including circulaire, 5 cooking levels, easy clean enamel interior and a number of accessories such as telescopic guides.
Auxiliary Oven:
The 35 litre secondary oven features static cooking and grill function, 4 cooking levels and an easy clean enamel interior. There is also a handy storage drawer beneath the compartment for housing racks and trays when not in use.
Gas Hob
The gas hob features heavy-duty cast-iron pan stands and six burners, one of which is a powerful 4.2KW ultra-rapid burner, perfect for wok frying. Each burner has its own independent control ensuring maximum ease of use and professional results.
Sturdy Controls
Featurung solid, chunky metal knobs - the Portofino's controls are robust and extremely ergonomic.
Closed Door Grilling
Closed door grilling allows you to grill with the door closed, keeping cooking smells inside the oven and out of the kitchen to ensure a safe cooking environment and reduced energy consumption.
Easy Clean Enamel Interior
The enamel finish of the oven cavity has a special antacid lining which helps to reduce the amount of dirt adhering to the surface.
Vapor Clean Programme
Smeg ovens offer a vapor clean programme designed to generate steam to help release burnt on food from the walls of the oven. Vapour cleaning is straightforward, simply put a little water & detergent into the hollow in the oven base and select the vapour setting.
