1. What are the benefits of Qrevo Edge 2 Flow's reversible right side brush?
The new reversible right side brush features a special design that delivers different benefits depending on its rotation direction: Forward rotation:Helps prevent hair from tangling. Reverse rotation: Extends the side brush's reach for wider cleaning coverage.
2. Will Qrevo Edge 2 Flow get carpets wet?
When carpet is detected, the roller mop automatically lifts by up to 15 mm (0.59 in), while the roller mop cover will be slid out at the same time to create a physical barrier. This ensures vacuum-only cleaning and helps protect your carpet.
3. What are the benefits of Qrevo Edge 2 Flow's SpiraFlow 2.0 pressurized self-cleaning system?
1. 16 pressurized water outlets. Compared with an 8-outlet design with pressurized spreying distributes water more evenly, keeping the roller moist and helping redice water marks.
2. 240 RPM high-speed scrubbing with 15 N downward pressure and a 270 mm (10.63in) extra-wide roller. More rotations in the same amount of time increase friction with the floor, helping remove dirt more effectively. It breaks down stains with high speed and high efficiency, scrubbing and mopping simultaneously for cleaner floors.
The floating scraper and all-new upgraded microfiber roller 2.0 help remove axcess water while mopping, reducing water marks after cleaning.
4. Can Qrevo Edge 2 Flow replace manual cleaning for bathroom standing water?
No. this robot is mainly designed for everyday floor cleaning. Its on-board dirty water tank has a limited capacity, and the robot is not designed to suction up liquid. Therefore, it is not suitable for cleaning up standing water in a bathroom or liquid spills exceeding 50ml. In such cases, a cloth or mop should be used first.

Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional delivery charges? It’s incredibly simple to collect your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Click & Collect option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to collect your order.
During checkout, select “Click & Collect” and select your preferred store.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement email with your order number.
Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email to inform you that your order is “Ready for collection”. If you want to use "Contactless Click & Collect" select this option on this email.
Bring your order number to the store you selected for Click & Collect, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
If availing of Contactless Click & Collect, please click the link in your email “ready to pick up” to let the store know you are on your way. When you have parked in the designated parking bay, open your email, and choose the “I’m here” option and a member of staff will bring your purchase out to your car.
