Signature Design
Craftsmanship & Thoughtful Design
Headphone (a) ’s finish is transparent, paying homage to the honest engineering approach to reveal the beauty of the technology. The internal structure of the battery and flex cables surrounding the ear cups show both the form and function of the acoustic chambers.
The transparent layered finish on the ear cup shell is achieved through a two-shot moulding process, giving the ear cup shells a high-gloss surface that adds depth and dimensionality to the design without distracting from the form.

The Roller
Roll + Click. Roll to adjust volume. Click to play and pause media. Long-press to toggle ANC modes. This streamlined design simplifies audio management, with no need for multiple buttons - just effortlessly roll and click on the go.
The Paddle
Flick from back to front to skip tracks. Flick from front to back to return to a previous track. Push and hold from back to front to fast forward, and release to go back to normal speed.
The Button
Provides a seamless, personalised listening experience, the Channel Hop* feature lets users quickly cycle between recent audio apps and favourite functions, removing the need to scroll through menus or libraries. This saves time and adds convenience, especially when on the move, working out, or commuting. Integrated with the Nothing X app, users can customise The Button to suit their needs, whether that’s switching audio channels, triggering the new Camera Shutter for hands-free photos and video, or activating features like Nothing News Reporter, ChatGPT, Essential Space, or a voice assistant.

This system was trained and tested on 28 million scenarios to give you distortion-free, echo-free calls, everywhere.

With a 40mm titanium-coated driver, the structure is stronger and more durable so it can keep delivering precise sound. A larger diaphragm excursion and a thicker voice coil means the audio is more powerful across a wider frequency bandwidth – this gives you punchier bass without any grainy distortions. Active Noise Cancellation & Immersive Sound
Active Noise Cancellation
Headphone (a) comes with different noise cancellation modes. Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation comes with 3 presets (low, mid, high) that reduce noise around you. In Transparency Mode, you can choose to let some ambient sound in, keeping you connected to what’s around you. And a Hybrid ANC mode is made possible by dual feedforward and feedback mics, which work with AI technology to adapt noise cancellation in real-time based on your surroundings and the fit of your headphones. These features are easily managed in the Nothing X app and with the tactile controls on the headphones.
Immersive 3D Sound
Static Spatial Audio is a unique Nothing feature that creates a surround sound effect, making your listens immersive. Choose between Cinema Mode, which replicates the encompassing soundscape of a movie theatre, and Concert Mode, which will transport you to row A of a live performance. Each mode is fine-tuned to connect you to your content for a lifelike listening experience.
Advanced EQ
You’ll find Advanced EQ in the Nothing X app. This 8-band equaliser lets you fine-tune your sounds beyond just bass and treble adjustments. And you can explore and share EQ profiles that you create in the Nothing X EQ library too, where you’ll find profiles created by the Nothing Community, audiophiles and collaborating artists.
Bass Enhancement
The enhanced dynamic bass algorithm analyzes low-frequency signals in real time and automatically adjusts the sound profile to deliver deeper, more powerful bass. All while preserving clarity and preventing distortion across any genre. The bass level can be adjusted in the Nothing X app, with three settings: 0%, 50%, or 100%.

Compared with leading products in this price segment, it delivers up to 46% longer playback. The result is up to 135 hours of battery life with ANC off. That’s 7 trips from London to New York and back, with some power left. And with ANC on, Headphone (a) gives you up to 75 hours of battery life.
And when it comes to recharging, a rapid charge gives you 8 hours of playback from only a 5 minute charge. And to charge the battery to full, it takes just 2 hours.

Weighing in at 310g, Headphone (a)’s body is inspired by Headphone, but comes in lighter. The headband is flexible and durable, with sliding arms reinforced by glass fibre-filled nylon, keeping it strong without adding weight. A flexible steel arm and hinges made with Metal Injection Molding give Headphone (a) extra rigidity and durability. And to make all of this sit soft and snug on your head, padding beneath the headband distributes weight and pressure evenly.
The earcups are made for everyone too, piercings are no problem thanks to the carefully considered cup size. The cushions are plush and breathable, made from PU leather and memory foam, balancing pressure on your ear when you’re wearing them all day. These touches come together in a lightweight, easy to wear and easy to use pair of headphones that’ll never distract you from your sounds.

Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional delivery charges? It’s incredibly simple to collect your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Click & Collect option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to collect your order.
During checkout, select “Click & Collect” and select your preferred store.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement email with your order number.
Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email to inform you that your order is “Ready for collection”. If you want to use "Contactless Click & Collect" select this option on this email.
Bring your order number to the store you selected for Click & Collect, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
If availing of Contactless Click & Collect, please click the link in your email “ready to pick up” to let the store know you are on your way. When you have parked in the designated parking bay, open your email, and choose the “I’m here” option and a member of staff will bring your purchase out to your car.
