Long Battery Life

GO Air POP features 8+ hours of playtime in each earbud and 24+ extra hours from the charging case (32+ hours total). Return to the case to recharge the buds, and use the integrated USB cable to charge the case.

Dual Connect

Use either earbud independently or use both together. A built-in MEMS microphone in each bud ensures clear calls.

First Time Set Up: Bluetooth Pairing

Remove tab and close door

Red light on case indicates charge, Remove earbuds from case.

One earbud will blink blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device.

Select "JLab GO Air Pop" in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. Voice prompt "You're connected" followed byblinking white lights will indicate you are connected.

How to Control your Go Air Pop

• Answer call: Single tap
• Hangup: Double tap
• Reject incoming calls: Press& hold 1+ sec
• EQ change: Triple tap

• Volume down: Single tap
• Siri (os) or "Ok google" (android): Double tap
• Track back: Press & hold 1+ sec

• Volume up: Single tap
• Play/pause: Double tap
• Track forward: Press & hold 1+ sec

Try all ear tips for best fit and proper seal.

Place the earbud in the ear canal and slightly rotate to adjust for best fit.

Trouble Shooting

• Keep the earbuds in the charging case and forget "JLab GO Air Tones" from your Bluetooth device settings
• Quick tap 7x on one earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 4 times
• Quick tap 7x on other earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 4 times
• Take both earbuds out of the charging case
• One earbud will be solid white and other will blink blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device
